I have a project with Telerik 2006 . But now, I want to update some form to telerik 2008 . Examble after I add reference Telerik.Web.UI.dll version 2008.1.415.20 and Telerik.Charting.dll version 2.0.0.0 .
When I add only and not working nothing, It run ok , no problem . But , When I debug this solution there was an error that :
"Error 1 Could not load file or assembly 'Telerik.Charting, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=5798b630e02d74fc' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040) C:\Documents and Settings\thanhnt\Desktop\Test1\Test1\Test1\Test1\Default.aspx 18 "
When I use one version telerik 2006 or telerik 2008 . There isn't any error .
How can i solve this problem ?

It seems that the public key you depicted is invalid. The correct key should be "d14f3dcc8e3e8763".
