Problem viewing report in IE

I am using the multicolumn report in the report preview it appears good

but when i view the report with the report viewer in IE only half the report appears in the center of the screen and the remaing of the report doesn't appears

Hello heba,

HTML Rendering does not support multi-column reports for now. So you probably see the whole report but in only one column going from top to bottom. Please consult the Design Considerations for HTML Rendering for more information.

If that is not the case, please send us your report and the exact steps to reproduce that behavior.

no, not only the data also the whole report the header image every thing is appears as half only not the whole thing is there is a way that i can send to you screenshot it will be much butter

also in the windows application version at the begging the whole report appears but with one column only not multicolumn and after i change the page setup the same problem in the web version happened in the windows version i saw only half the report

You need to open a support ticket, zip and send us your original report along with some screen-shots of the misbehavior. We will examine the source code and find the problem.
