I'm also looking at how to print the TreeView. I don't know how to adapt the referenced Silverlight solution to work in WPF

Hello Erik,
I attached a sample solution demonstrating how to print the RadTreeView in WPF application. Basically we use the PrintDIalog control which is described in more details here.
