Hi cheekl,
We were not able to reproduce the problem based on your description. The Print button of the viewer is functioning as expecting: after clicking on it, it disables itself and then enables after the client starts receiving the document. This can be repeated multiple times.
If you can reproduce the issue every time, please, describe the exact steps in order to help us pinpoint the problem.
All the best,

I access to http://www.telerik.com/demos/reporting/Reporting/Examples/ProductCatalog/DefaultCS.aspx and click the print button. The printer dialog popup and I select my network printer and print the current page. I got the page printed, then I click the print button again, it just didn't fire anything.

We will need some more information about this issue in order to be able to investigate it. Could you elaborate a little bit more? For example:
- Which browser do you use and which version?
- Have you tried with other sample reports, for example the Shape Report.
- Sometimes the Print dialog may appear under the browser window. Please, check whether this is not your case.

I am using IE7 and the print dialog appear as the normal window dialog. I am sure the session is not expired cause my 2nd print attempt is immediately after 1st print. I suggest you try to access your demo and print using pc which is not your developemnt machine. The problem i reported is persist everytime i try.

Hi cheekl,
We have already tried on several computers with different browsers and operating systems and everything works as expected. Moreover, you are the first person reporting this issue, which makes us think that the rest of our customers do not experience such a problem.
To make sure that everything is correct, please, verify that you have the latest version of Acrobat Reader installed on your machine. You can also try the printing on another computer.
Sincerely yours,
Chavdar
