From the Telerik video http://tv.telerik.com/watch/winforms/getting-started-with-printing-for-radgridview- it appears that a very good process is in place for WinForms.
Is there something like this in place (or coming) for WPF?

There is not such a video with step by step guidance. If you follow the approach from the code library (the project from my last post), you can check the online documentation for the RadRichTextBox (and RadDocument) especially the exporting part. You could as well review the online demo for an additional example on how you could create a document and then print to a PDF.
