Hi Ali,

Thank you for writing.

Currently, the grid printing feature does not support printing hierarchical data. We have this feature logged in our Public Issue Tracking System - PITS. You can track the progress of the feature and add your vote/comment to it. If many users request this functionality, we will increase its priority when we plan our future development.

If you have further questions, I would be glad to assist.

Hi Ali,

Thank you for writing back.

You can try our Reporting tool. It offers a wide variety of options for building a report which you can then print. You can give it a try and if you find any difficulties, you can contact the reporting tool support.

I hope this will be useful. If you have further questions, I would be glad to help.

Kind regards,

The PITS link does not point to an actual ticket number - could you link the actual PITS case?
