Until last week I've seen this problem, I think Chrome update itself to lastest version (8.0.552.215).
You can see this problem on Telerik Report demo page too.

Update:
I got more info. Print button work fine on Chrome version (5.0.375.126). Maybe this is Chrome's problem.
I will report this to Google.

Hello Pat,
Peter
the Telerik team
Google Chrome with version 8 introduced a new Chrome PDF Viewer that is incompatible with Adobe's plugin. The Web Report Viewer uses the Adobe Reader's plugin for the print functionality. Thus in order for the printing to work, you have to enable the Adobe's plugin from chrome://plugins/ page.
Thank you for posting this issue in code.google.com.

Hello Peter,
Thank you for your response.
I check my Adobe Reader's plugin, I still enable. I've tried to disable Chrome PDF Viewer and reinstall Adobe Reader but they don't work.
However, some of my colleague have luck. so a solution is depend on each computer.

After restart computer I check Chrome Plug-in and make sure Chrome PDF Viewer is disable and Adobe Reader is enable. And try again, finally It's work. Maybe just close and re-open browser isn't enough?

Google merge issue to this

and they will not fix it.

Hi Pat,
In all of our local tests, enabling the Adobe PDF plug-in automatically disabled the Chrome PDF plug-in and there is no even need for restarting the browser. Probably reinstalling Acrobat Reader on your end has something to do with this.
All the best,
Steve

Have you tried the new visualization options in Telerik Reporting Q1 2013? You can get them from your account.

Hi,
Peter
the Telerik team
You have two options:
- upgrade your reports to Telerik Reporting Q3 2011 SP1 or newer;
- enable on Chrome the Adobe PDF plug-in.
