Hi Dave,
According to our Best Practices and as shown in the Quickstart examples, you should create a separate class library where you add the reports and then reference it in your actual application/site. The reports should not be added directly to Web Site projects as it has several limitations that prevent our design time from functioning correctly. Best wishes,
