Popup not opening on double-click of event or date with no-event for add/edit event in Kendo UI Jquery Scheduler

We are using jquery-1.11.3.js and implemented Kendo UI Jquery Virtual Vertical Grouping Scheduler Control (2021.3.1207). 

We upgraded the jquery to jquery-3.6.0.js and also jquery-1.12.4.js but unable to open popup on double click of event or day.

Could you please modify this example to reproduce the error you are experiencing? The current information is not enough for me to replicate it. I will then be happy to help.
