Ah, it looks like someone had the browser set to Private mode. I'm guessing in that case, I should check for localStorage access/ability or just store the options on the server???

Hello Bob,
It is up to you where to store the options, as soon as you are able to serve them to the setOptions() method.

Thanks, I just wanted to confirm that users in Safari Private Mode cannot use this feature.

Hello Bob,
When browser is in private mode, the localStorage is not saved. Please note that localStorage is browser functionality and not Kendo UI Implementation, so I am afraid this cannot be changed from our side.
