Is there any way I can turn the permission range highlighting off? I've tried removing various DefaultUILayers without success.
It also appears that permission range highlighting is above the spell checker highlighting - if I can't turn it off, can I rectify this issue?

Found it - it's not in DefaultUILayers, you have to remove by string:
"PermissionRangesDecoration"
