Hi Igor,

Unfortunately the provided information is insufficient for us to determine what might be the culprit. A detailed instructions how to reproduce the problems on our side will be appreciated. Generally the fastest way to get to the bottom of an issue is if we have a sample report that demonstrates the problem at hand and after we review it, we would be able to provide more info.

Sincerely yours,

Hi,

I m successfully using Telerik RAD Editor for exporting Reports to the PDF.

Currrently, I m facing two major issues and I m looking your expert advice on that.

(1) Is is possible to set the custom footer (html) in expoertsettings of PDF, since we define the PDF Page Hieght and Width..??!

(2) in my report the images are being displayed using RAD Binary Image control

eg. <div id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_t_22_wcPDF_w_76_ctl00_pnlWidget"><img id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_t_22_wcPDF_w_76_ctl00_ctl00_RadBinaryImageReport" style="width: 312px; height: 252px;" alt="MKS report image will show here in email" src="Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd?imgid=7798724db1624fc9b88a6d55e618fdc9&amp;type=rbi" /> </div>

I am not able to export the reports with such images? Any clue?

Thanks
Sid
