Hi Dan,
The feature is not available yet, but it is included in our Roadmap.
For the time being, you can create a web application with the HTML5 Viewer (JavaScript widget) and pass the values through it - How To: Use HTML5 Report Viewer with Report Server. You can also use directly the exposed API.
We will appreciate more details about the data you want to pass to the Report Server.

I don't see this feature in the roadmap ahead. Was it already implemented? If not, how are we to provide parameters from the Report Server UI (not the HTML5 report viewer) to a report?
