Panel bar collapses all after click..

I cannot preserve the state of panelbar with databinding. I set
PersistStateInCookie="True"

but it works only when Items created manually. doesn't work if I databound. I click 1st level item, it expands 2nd levels of that, I click one 2nd level items, navigationurl works, page makes postback and all items collapses

any solution please ?
