Pages missing when printed, PageCount grows each page...

After upgrading all the references to R3 2017 (11.2.17.913) for our report library and report viewer app (Silverlight), a 7 page reports has stopped printing correctly.

All of the report appears in the report viewer as 2 pages, first main page (details section), which has 6 subreports along with many other fields, and then the final page which is the report footer (has pagebreak before).

When I switch into print preview mode on the viewer, all the data is still on the report, but the PageCount is incorrect, and grows on each page...

When I print the report, or save to a PDF, it only prints/saves 3 pages.  the first 2 pages from the details section, and the report footer page.  5-7 pages are missing.

On the printed report, it lists the pages as 1 of 3, 2 of 3...

Hello Len,

There was an known issue with PageCount not being exported correctly from Silverlight viewer which was fixed in R2 2017 release. Frankly, I cannot reproduce this issue with our latest release R3 2017.
I have tested displaying several reports using a Silverlight demo project located in product installation folder (Progress\Telerik Reporting R3 2017\Examples). However, none of the issues could be reproduced:

• PageCount was displayed correctly when exporting a report from Silverlight viewer
• ReportBook sample that has 27 pages was printed with all the pages present

In order to provide you further suggestions we would need to check the settings of the report and the viewer. You can send us a sample project that demonstrates those settings in a support ticket.
For urgent matters, it is better to use support tickets as they guarantee the response time according to your support subscription. We do not always have a chance to reply in forums.
