Page is getting postback on random click on webpage

When I am selecting a value from drop-down and then clicking on web page randomly then page is getting postback and I am not getting value of selection. I am using Telerik.Web.UI RadComboBox for dropdown.

Version 2016.1.113.45 is very old and it does not support the latest browsers. This version is also vulnerable to Allows JavaScriptSerializer Deserialization and it is highly recommended a migration to a secure build as the latest release R1 2022 SP1 (2022.1.302).

Please perform the upgrade as explained in this article Upgrade to a Newer Version of Telerik® UI for ASP.NET AJAX and if you still experience the reported problem with the new version, make a quick Fiddler Jam Chrome Extension capture and share it with us. It will provide a lot of info easily and allow us to investigate further.
