Hi Robert,

Usually, such problems are network related - something prevents the map tiles from downloading successfully. You can debug the application/network with / Fiddler to detect network problems. You can also try disabling some window's firewalls. Finally, you can try different types of RequestCacheLevel - this is a property of the OpenStreetMapsProvider.
