                <listlayout repeatcolumns="3" />
<ListLayout RepeatColumns="3"></ListLayout>

            <levelsettings>
                <telerik:SiteMapLevelSetting>
                    <listlayout repeatcolumns="3" />
<ListLayout RepeatColumns="3" alignrows="True"></ListLayout>
                </telerik:SiteMapLevelSetting>
            </levelsettings>
            <DataBindings>
                <telerik:RadSiteMapNodeBinding ImageUrlField="NODE_IMG"
                    NavigateUrlField="NODE_LINK" TextField="NODE_SUBJ" ToolTipField="NODE_DESC"
                    ValueField="NODEID_2" />
            </DataBindings>
        </telerik:RadSiteMap>

          DataTable dt = new DataTable();
          da.Fill(dt);

Maksut:

You will find a Telerik Admin demo application that provides a way to open a RadWindow on a SiteMap node client-side click event in this forum thread: Node Click event to open radwindow

I hope this helps you!
