Hello Yue Zhang,
As explained in Understanding Report Sections help article, the detail section is printed once for every row in the data source and it is where you place the report items that make up the main body of the report. All other sections are used for showing aggregates and would show only once by default. So please make sure that you've placed your textbox items inside the detail section.
