Onchange event fires without closing the dropdown for Telerik Gridview Combobox column

Currently, the grid view Combobox column onchange event fires only the lost focus on that field. We need to call the function when the combobox option is chosen without closing the Combobox. Please help with this.

If I understand your requirement correctly, I believe it is identical to the one discussed in this thread: GridViewComboBoxColumn Update on Change.

Can you please have a look and let me know if using a RadComboBox in the column's CellTemplate instead works for you?
