Hi,
is there a way to capture when a command is done on the viewer toolbar?
I'm looking to capture when the zoom changes.

Hi Antonio,
RadPdfViewer does not provide built-in tracking of the finilized commands and, unfortunately, there is no an suitable event that I can suggest you.
If you decide, you can submit a feature request for such functionality for the underlying pdfViewer widget of the control in the Kendo UI portal:
