Offline Installation

Hey,

I am working in a secure company where my development computer has no online web access - and i'd like to install the Q3 reporting. However, all i seem to find is an online telerik installer.

Where might i find an offline copy (i could download somewhere else and then copy to my development computer)?

You could use the "Manage Your Products" section under the "Your account" section at the Telerik website to download the MSI installer.

I have a similar problem.  I do NOT have a license from Telerik, but when I click on that link, I get the following message:

We are sorry, but only licensed users are eligible for downloading the software.

How can you resolve this?

• Review the list of developers currently assigned to the licenses and have a seat re-assigned to yourself. The option to do so is provided under "Manage Licensed Users"
• If all the seats you hold are taken, you could purchase an additional one from here.

Shouldn't I be able to download a trial version whether or not I am a licensed user?  I am attemping to download the trial reporting software and the ASP.NET AJAX controls.  Thanks.

Hi Chris,

You need to be logged into your Telerik account in order to download anything from our site. The link from the previous post is from Q3 2011, the latest version is available here. You can always navigate to the latest version from Manage products -> Trial downloads.

Thank you.  I do have an account and am logged in.  However, I am still unable to find the navigation to the OFFLINE installers for the ASP.NET AJAX controls.  The Manage Products -> Trial Downloads link you suggested directs me to the online installers.

You provided the direct link to the offline installer for the Reporting software.  Can you please provide a direct link to the offline installer of the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX as well?
