I have created a radtreeview that uses node templates. Everything displays correctly with the Telerik controls like text box and combo box. The problem I am running into is when I use drop and drag to reorder the nodes.  The drop and drag works perfectly on every node expect when a combo box has items in it. If I removed the items the drop and drag works just fine.

I am getting the following JavaScript error when I click on the node and start the drag.

IE 7.0:  Invalid argument
Firefox: Node was not found" code: "8

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Hello Ryan,

This is a bug in the current version of RadTreeView. We have fixed the issue and the described scenario will work as expected in the next release (Q2 2008 SP1) of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX. Meanwhile, if you would like to receive a custom hotfix, please open a support ticket and we will send you a custom build.

Best wishes,
