No response after clicked export button in Angular report viewer version 15.0.21.326

Dear Team,

 

I using telerik report Angular report viewer version 15.0.21.326 , I clicked on export button but no response "export to pdf".

May I know how can i fix this issue ?

Do you see any errors in the browser console?

Can you preview reports in the viewer?

Which is the Kendo UI for the jQuery version that you use with the viewer? The recommended Kendo version for the Reporting version 15.0.21.326 is 2020.3.1118 - see HTML5 Report Viewer Dependencies R1 2021 SP2 (15.0.21.326). If you use a newer Kendo version you may experience similar issues due to breaking changes in Kendo.

Did you try upgrading the viewer and the Reporting REST Service to the latest version?
