Hello,
In Version 2017.3.913 the groupExpand Event not fires - all other events like the sort event fires...

Hello Robert,
The event fires correctly in our online demos for ASP.NET Core:
The same applies to the Kendo UI Grid as well:
If the event does not fire on your side, please inspect the browser`s console for any JavaScript errors that could be breaking the built-in functionality of the Grid.
