Need to set styles for the pop-up filter menu

Does anyone know how to set styles, etc., for the pop-up filter menu (menu that lets you select "no filter", "begins with", etc.) for RadGrid?  It appears to be using the link style settings for the page itself, but with the text and background colors we are using (and need to use to keep consistency with other pages and products), it looks terrible and is not readable.

Hi Peter,

The RadGrid filtering menu is actually a RadMenu. In order to customize its appearance, you can either set a skin, which is different from the RadGrid skin, or you can override some of the RadMenu's skin CSS styles.
