Go to Your Account
Click Product & Subscriptions
Click Your Main Product (in my case, DevCraft Complete)

That takes you to your products page.
Click the BIG BLUE Download button  (should also Installer and Other Resources)
That takes you to Available Downloads
Find your Reporting Box and Click on Older Versions

Find the version you want (7.0.13.220 is from Feb 20, 2013) & click on it.
Click the Automatic Installation selection to download the msi

Somewhat convoluted...
I always have to really dig around to find the older versions, the internal builds, etc...
I used to keep them bookmarked under my account but that's gone away with the newer website (progress?)
Supposedly bookmarks are coming back ?
