Need good sample for Loadingpanel

Hi i am using the version  2008.3.1125.35

I need a good sample of busy icon while loading:
i have a grid and a pager tamplate in it.
whenever user tries to use the pagin related controls i want to show the busy icon till it loads.

the demo samples did not help me since i could not find the specified properties

Please give me some simple sample
