Hi,

My users have reported that they cannot see the telerik controls on the page, namely radcombobox and radlistbox buttons, in IE 9 and 10.
Please note that I tested those versions, and I dont get any error, so I can't reproduce the client error.
Here is a screenshot of the defective page:

and a screenshot of what I see:
http://i41.tinypic.com/20auw43.jpg

The project is in asp.net .Net 4.0 and the telerik controls version are 2013.2.717.40.
As of the web page, the controls are within an radajaxpanel.
Here's an excerpt of the code: http://pastebin.com/LWqz2J7g
The controls use Sunset skin, and in the webconfig there's a  <add key= "Telerik.Skin" value "Sunset" />
Any help?
Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Telerik Support.

I would like to clarify that I have tested the provided code and I do not face any problem. The buttons are rendered just as expected and no errors are thrown. I am confirming that I have tested with the provided RadControls version under IE9 and IE10 and I see same thing as the second attached screenshot ( the one with no errors).

Thank you for testing, Mr Dimitrov. Do you have any clues on cases the controls are not rendered at all like seen in the screenshot?
Could it be tied to the skins, browser security, or IIS problems?
Informed guesses would help me alot, thanks.

Hello,

Unfortunately we are not aware of such problem with our RadControls in IE9 and IE10. A known issue in IE9 is the style selector and sheet files limitation but this problem does not exist in IE10. Just in case you can review the following article.

Thank you for the time you took to reply. We found that it was a cached version of the website in the browser.
Upon clearance of the cache, the issue disappeared. Sorry for the trouble!
