Ok maybe I am a newbie at this but I downloaded the RadMenu and it is a .msi file and I cannot open it. I have windows installer 4.5 the newest version and I just can't figure it out. I tried opening my msiexec but it just comes up with all the commands to use. I even tried typing the commands in my command prompt... I have noooo clue what to do.. Can anyone help me?

Hello Jamie,

For some reason IE doesn’t recognize the file extension when you try to download the EXE installation. Yes, it is actually an EXE file; we'll change the file description in the accounts.

Please, try to manually add *.exe extension to the downloaded file and run it.
