Moving TabItems

Hallo. Is it possible to move TabItems (like Firefox or Google Chrome)?

 You can check this blog post. It also has demo that you can re-order (drag) the tabs like in FF or Chrome.

Hello Rene Schimmelpfennig,

 I've created work item regarding this example for WPF. It will be included in the online and offline demos soon. 
For now you can get the code and use it in WPF application - you should only remove the fluid behaviours that come with the Blend SDK for Silverlight. Everything else should work.

Has this been released into production for RadControls for WPF yet? 

I also wish to allow drag/drop of tabs as well as re-ordering (I have a support ticket open). Im happy to modify the source if needbe.

Hi Kais,

The drag reorder of tabs is not present in WPF and present in Silverlight product version. We plan to include it WPF soon, probably with 2011.Q1 official release.

As to drag and drop of tab items between different TabControls I beleive that sample project provided by Tsvyatko in his reply to your post covers the base scenario (http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/wpf/draganddrop/drag-and-drop-between-a-window-and-a-popup.aspx).
