HI
When I open a open a window with the default skin and minimize it I can move the minimized title bar. When I set the skin to Office2007 I can't. What is determining this behaviour?
A similar thing happens in your examples using the Vista skin ...
http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/Window/Examples/WindowManager/DefaultCS.aspx
... but in this example the title bar can be moved via sizing! The Office2007 skin has no ability to move.
