I'm having problems where modal radwindows are not displaying transparent backgrounds. It's intermittent and the only difference is the datasource of the radgrid.

This only happens in IE7 and only for certain datasources.
Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

Possible reasons for the behavior shown on your screenshot can be the following:
- outdated video drivers
- outdated directX
- viewing on a laptop or older TFT display
- very "high" webpage - lengthy content
Would you please examine the same page on another machine? If possible can you send us a live URL where we can check the problem as well? If this is a password protected site, you could send us login credentials in a support ticket - I can assure you that they will be used for checking the problem only.

It works fine in IE7 in XP, but not on my Vista development machine.

In my last reply, I noted several possible reasons for this problem - have you checked them? Also, could you please try opening our online demos on the machine where you experience these problems and let me know if you can reproduce the same behavior there?
