mobile browser

I am using a dropdownlist on a mobile browser, the page moves when i try to scroll through the items.

I can't use my finger to scroll. It's a long page.

This is a problem in the new iOS and details (+workaround) are available in the following article: https://www.telerik.com/support/kb/aspnet-ajax/details/cannot-scroll-telerik-control-in-ios-11.3---the-page-scrolls-instead.
