Whenever I include a link in the chat, it only shows as text.

Hi Jason,

By design, all HTML content set in the RadChat messages is converted to plain text (mainly due to security reasons). Unfortunately, with the current implementation of the control there is no way to add "clickable" links to the messages.

The only possible option I can suggest you is to submit a Feature request about such change in the control and our developers will consider implementing it depending on the demand for the that :
