Hello Fahad,

IE7 is the minimal browser version supported by the Kendo UI framework. This is listed in the bottom section of online demos landing page here.

Kind regards,

It says Internet Explorer 7+; does that mean that it is compatible with Internet Explorer 9?

I am unable to see the demos in the website. Also, the browser doesn't even load this "Reply" pop-up in telerik sites. When I try to use kendo objects in my code, I get error as "object or property not define". But the browser works fine with JQuery objects.
I am using IE9. Please let me know I need anything else.

Hi Sravanthi,

This sound like an issue related to browser security restrictions, a connectivity problem, or network security restriction that prevent the Kendo UI scripts from being loaded (e.g. from our CDN). You can check the following:

1. Does the problem occur in another browser on the same machine.
2. Does the problem occur in another computer in the same network.
3. Does the problem occur on the same machine in another network (if possible).
4. Does the problem occur on a test page where the scripts are loaded locally from the same machine.

Dimo

Hi Dimo,
Thanks for the quick response. Please find below my response.

1. Does the problem occur in another browser on the same machine.
<Sravanthi> Will check with another browser and let you know.
2. Does the problem occur in another computer in the same network.
<Sravanthi> No. It doesn't occur in any other computer.
3. Does the problem occur on the same machine in another network (if possible).
<Sravanthi> Won't be able to test as I connect to virtual desktop.
4. Does the problem occur on a test page where the scripts are loaded locally from the same machine.
<Sravanthi>Yes. It occurs. I tried to refer the kendo files from local path(without using CDN) but still facing the same issue.

Thanks,
Sravanthi

Hello Sravanthi,

Based on the provided information, it looks like the described problem is reproduced on a single machine, no matter whether the Kendo UI scripts are loaded locally or remotely, right? I suspect the cause may be some security software, which incorrectly identifies the Kendo UI scripts as malicious and prevents their execution. Alternatively, some computer settings are preventing the scripts from working correctly.

I am afraid I cannot provide more information at this point. Let me know if you discover anything else relevant.

Dimo
