The current latest version of the Telerik UI for WPF is 2022 R3 SP1 with the version of the assemblies being 2022.3.1109. For a project that is built against .Net Framework 4.6.2 the assemblies that are intended for it end with .45 (the included assemblies version will have to be 2022.3.1109.45 for this framework version).
We have several different ways for including our assemblies in a project and in-depth information regarding them can be found under the Installation section of Getting Started in our documentation.
