I would like to know if Telerik have a control to do something like what Microsoft InfoPath do?

Hi Alain,
The Telerik UI for WPF suite does not contains a similar component. However, you could be able to utilize the Designer of our Telerik Reporting solution. Note that Telerik Reporting is data-driven, so the designer will only show the data that is set as DataSource.
