Masterpage and web.config samples

Does anyone have an example of a maserpage and web.config file we can look at? As a school system we do not have a "coder" on staff. If we had a full example to look at, we can make it happen, but it has been many years since we have looked through this much code.
we are using moss 07 with sql 2005 cluster backend.
we just want to see where we may be missing the boat on the install.

Keith, I found a whole chapter in the online documentation explaining how to Integrate RadControls in Sharepoint - see it here. Suppose that using master page and web.config settings would be similar as in plain ASP.NET site. You may also find this blog post useful:
