There is no dedicated Kendo UI for Angular Marquee control, but if I understand the requirement correctly, you can use a regular HTML <marquee> element (mind that it is obsolete):

... or a generic CSS solution, e.g.:
https://www.quackit.com/css/codes/marquees/
If I am missing something and the desired functionality/layout is different, please submit a feature request to our UserVoice portal describing the component you would like to see included in our suite:
