Where are located the .tssp files for the current version of the Telerik controls for Winforms?

Thank you for writing.

Please refer to the following article that demonstrates how you can export the build-in themes from Telerik UI for WinForms suite and save them on a specified location on your machine: Loading Predefined Themes - UI for WinForms Tools - Telerik UI for WinForms

Once, the themes are exported you can open the desired theme in VSB through File >> Open package.
