Hello Raj,
In general there are several ways in which you can localize RadGridView as demonstrated in the common Localization article. In addition RadGridView is a complex user interface control and its strings for localization are numerous. In order to be able to distinguish these resources, an unique identifier, called resource key, is assigned to each localizable string. All of them are listed in the Resource Keyssection of the Localization article in the GridView documentation. The key value corresponding to the "aA" button is the GridViewFilterMatchCase, with a default value of "Match case".
