Hello Harald,
All examples in our online Silverlight as well as WPF demos have their code represented in C# and VB.NET, so you can check the example of a specific control and get the desired code snippet. You can also use our online code converter in order to convert C# to VB code and vice versa.
However, I've created a sample demo project in which the desired behavior is achieved. You can find it attached. More about the import/export functionality of the RadImageEditor you can find in this help article.
