LINQ in Treeview

I have been trying to get the linqdatasource to properly render the tree control, but I am not getting any hierarchy.  I've searched through the forums and it seems there isn't a good way to use the linqdatasource due to it creating a flat dataset.  Has anyone come up with an easy solution for using LINQ (either linqdatasource or codebehind) to get the treeview to work properly?  I'd like to keep all of our queries going through our dbml if I can.
