I'm new to all of this and I"m just trying to add the report viewer into LIghtSwitch.

Is this up to date?

Yes, the link you provided is up to date and basically shows all you need to get Telerik Reporting running in Lightswitch.
About the screenshots - we did not understand what you ask or mean by them. Please elaborate so we can advise you accordingly.
