Unfortunately, such label customizations are available for the 2D chart types only. It is not possible to achieve this with the 3D pie chart. Alternatively you might have a look at this online example showing a 2D pie chart and the possible ways to customize its labels. This is a Silverlight demo example, however it is also valid for WPF.
