Keyboard selection is broken when multiple filters present

I was not able to observe unexpected behaviour from the provided example, probably I missed and an important step, could you please advise?

I made a video demonstrating the result  from testing the provided example with and without filters:

you have to type in item name to reproduce this bug but i see that it's already fixed in q1 2017
