KendoDropdownlist is auto clearing the value in filter(serchbox)

Dear team,

I am facing an issue realted to kendo dropdwonlist filter ,we are getting this issue after upgrading to kendo version v2022.2.510 . The issue is after entring the value in serchbox(filter) it is clearing the value automatically by this the calling to the filtering is happening twice to server side. how to prevent this auto clearing please suggest the way.

Hello Sai,

I tried to reproduce your scenario but without success, As you can see in the screencast here, every typing throws only one request and doesn't clear the filter value automatically.

In order to be able to help we will need more information about the configuration on your side. Is serverFiltering enabled on your end? Could you please modify this basic configuration of DropDownList in order to replicate the behavior the way it is on your side and send it back?
