Could you please provide more details about the issue? Please let me know which is the Kendo version used on your side.
There was such a known issue that was fixed in 2018 R1 version and here you will find a link to the item. In case the used version on your side is an older one, could you please try to upgrade to the newer version and test the behavior. If you are using a newer version, may I ask you to try to replicate the issue in a Dojo example and send it back, so we could investigate locally?
