Kendo UI Tooltip using Template - binding not works

I have a page with input boxes, one of the input box has tooltip that shown something like in attached image. I am using template as content for my tooltip and task to use MVVM. Check boxes are binded to an observable property of my model and should shown only if condition satisfied based on the input box observable property value.

I have created sample representation of my problem in jsFiddle. If anyone of you could help me making data binding work in my tooltip or any other way around using MVVM much appreciated. Following is jsFiddle file for your references: http://jsfiddle.net/cqqnd21c/

Server filtering: How to not query data until filter has been provided

valueAxis labels wrong position

Hello,

I have a situation where I am getting something incorrect.
So, I am rendering a single Kendo chart with dynamic valueAxis labels' max value. At first time chart renders with correct Y axis labels (in this case the max value is 60), and the second time rendering chart with different Y axis data (in this case the max value is 120) something strange happens, the Y axis labels since 60 are positioning a little left from Y axis line than others.

FYI: I suppose that the problem is LRUCache.

Drag and drop of objects in the the Popover

Hi

We are using Kendo Popover with many divs inside it.( find the attachment). We have implemented drag and drop of the divs inside the popover using Html 5 sortable function. But it doesnt seem to be working. Please provide a suitable solution to implement the same.

Is it possible to nest a tabstrip within another tabstrip in mvc?

Export to Excel\PDF necessary js files

Specifically, what js files are necessary to enable the Export to Excel and Export to PDF functionality for the grid? I do not want to use kendo.all.min.js because I am not using all that functionality but rather would like to include only the specific files I need.

KendoGrid Scrolling issues in Mobile Browser

I want to capture the scroll-end event of the grid to fire my custom load more results functionality. It works fine on desktop's after i attach the scroll event to k-grid-content div. But on mobile browsers the scroll event does not get fired.
